The 2025 International Conference on Bio-inspired System and Robotics (ICBSR 2025), which is sponsored by International Association of Swarm and Evolutionary Intelligences, and Technical Committee on Guidance, Navigation and Control (TCGNC), CSAA, and co-sponsored by Kunming University of Science and Technology, Technical Committee on Tri-Co Robot(TCTCR), Chinese Association of Automation(CAA), Technical Committee on Intelligent Automation(TCIA), Chinese Association of Automation(CAA), supported by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), Springer Nature, organized by Yunnan University, Sichuan University, will be held in Xishuangbanna, China, from Dec. 26-29, 2025.
由国际群体智能协会(International Association of Swarm and Evolutionary Intelligence, ASEI)与中国航空学会制导、导航与控制分会主办，昆明理工大学、中国自动化学会共融机器人专业委员会和中国自动化学会智能自动化专业委员会协办，香港机械工程师学会、Springer Nature支持，云南大学和四川大学承办的2025年仿生系统与机器人国际会议（ICBSR 2025）预计将于2025年12月26-29日在中国云南西双版纳召开。

Sponsorship Guidelines 管理办法

I. Promotional Opportunities Provided by the Conference 会议提供的宣传机会

1. Brand Visibility 赞助名誉

Recognition as an official sponsor in all conference communications. 赞助商作为会议的赞助支持单位列入会议宣传;

2. Exhibition Space 展览展示

Dedicated booth area adjacent to the main conference venue. 会议召开期间在主会场外设置展示区；

3. Advertising Channels 广告宣传：

Options include display boards, printed materials, and digital platforms. 展板广告、印刷品广告等。

 

II. Eligibility Criteria for Sponsors 赞助企业应符合的条件

1. Sponsors must operate in bio-inspired system, robotics, or related fields. 赞助企业及其产品（或服务）应与仿生系统、机器人产业相关；

2. Companies should possess strong industry reputation and brand recognition. 赞助企业应有良好的社会声誉；

3. Products/services must align with the conference’s academic and ethical standards. 赞助企业的产品（或服务）应是所在行业知名品牌，且不得有任何损害会议形象、声誉的行为。

III. Confirmation of Sponsorship 企业赞助的确认

Upon due diligence, a formal Sponsorship Agreement will outline 在验证赞助人资信等情况后，会议主办方将与赞助人签订赞助协议:

• Sponsorship tier and benefits

• Financial commitments and payment terms

• Mutual rights and obligations
明确赞助的形式、金额、交付方式，明确双方的权利与义务。

Note: Sponsorship is confirmed upon full payment receipt. 资金赞助以到账为准。

Gold Sponsor (RMB 50,000) 黄金赞助资格(人民币5万元)	Print Collateral: Logo in conference materials. 会议手册、会议大海报显示赞助企业LOGO； Standard Booth: 3m×2m exhibition space with General Exhibition Booths. 在会场外展厅位置设置赞助企业展位（普展区域，展位尺寸：3m长*2m宽含桌椅灯插板）； Complimentary Registrations: 2 waived passes. 免收2名企业会议代表的会务费（包括资料费、餐费）。
